Find the GRAYL parts currently listed by 68travel: GeoPress and UltraPress cartridges, legacy Ultralight filter, and one-way drink-mix valves.
All GRAYL guides
The current 68travel GRAYL catalog focuses on two kinds of owner support: replacement purifier cartridges and a one-way valve for electrolytes or drink mixes. Compatibility is organized by bottle family, so identify GeoPress, UltraPress, or the older Ultralight model before ordering.

This page reflects the current FeroAdmin brand inventory. It should not imply that every part made by GRAYL is stocked by 68travel.
The GeoPress cartridge fits both standard GeoPress and GeoPress Ti. It is rated for up to 350 cycles / 250 litres.
The UltraPress cartridge fits standard UltraPress and UltraPress Ti. It is rated for up to 300 cycles / 150 litres.
The separately named Ultralight Replacement Filter is described for the older Ultralight Compact Purifier. Do not choose it for a current UltraPress based only on the similar name.
The valve sits on the clean-water side and prevents mixed liquid from flowing backward through the purifier media.
The FeroAdmin listing has two variants:
|
Valve version |
Published compatibility |
Construction |
|---|---|---|
|
GeoPress |
GeoPress with second-generation cartridge, from April 2023, with horizontal flow channels |
Six duck-bill valves; 12 g |
|
UltraPress / UltraLight |
Every UltraPress or UltraLight purifier cartridge |
Four duck-bill valves; 10 g |
Choose the version that matches the bottle and cartridge. Older GeoPress cartridges purchased between 2018 and 2022 are not compatible with the new GeoPress valve.
Purify freshwater according to the bottle instructions.
Confirm the correct valve is installed on the clean-water side.
Add electrolytes or drink mix only after purification.
Keep mixed liquid away from exposed purifier media.
Remove, clean, and dry the silicone valve according to its instructions.
The valve is listed as food-grade silicone and dishwasher safe. The purifier cartridge is different: do not expose it to soap or cleaning agents.
Current product guidance recommends:
perform a dry press into an empty Outer Cup;
discard excess water;
remove the valve;
let both cartridge and valve dry thoroughly, typically two to four days depending on humidity;
wash the valve separately;
keep cleaning agents away from the cartridge.
Check four details:
Bottle name: GeoPress, UltraPress, or Ultralight.
Standard or Ti: this does not change the cartridge family.
Existing cartridge generation, especially for a GeoPress valve.
Product URL and selected variant before checkout.
When uncertain about an older bottle, compare photos and model markings or contact 68travel support before ordering.

Accessories do not expand the purifier’s treatment scope. GRAYL bottles do not desalinate seawater or brackish water and are not designed for industrial spills, extreme chemical contamination, nuclear incidents, or toxic blue-green algae.
Technical figures and operating limits on this page are based on GRAYL's published specifications and instructions:
These are manufacturer-published benchmarks, not a guarantee for every source. Press time and cartridge life vary with water quality, sediment, temperature, cartridge age, and user technique. Use suitable freshwater only: GRAYL cartridges do not desalinate salty or brackish water and are not intended for industrial spills, extreme chemical contamination, nuclear incidents, or toxic blue-green algae. Follow local advisories and choose another source when conditions exceed the manufacturer's guidance.
