I was extremely satisfied with my purchase. I bought the backpack for my husband as a Christmas present, and I must highlight the incredible helpfulness and friendliness of the entire team. From the manager, who willingly arranged express delivery from the Netherlands before the holidays, to customer service, who kept me informed about the current status of my order, to the colleague at the delivery point who accommodated me and brought the shipment out to the street so that I didn't have to struggle to find parking with my little daughter. This kind of approach is really not often seen today. I consider their humanity, helpfulness and pro-customer service to be their greatest competitive advantage. I definitely recommend them and will gladly shop there again.
S nákupom som bola maximálne spokojná. Batoh som kupovala manželovi ako vianočný darček a musím vyzdvihnúť najmä neuveriteľnú ochotu a ústretovosť celého tímu. Od manažéra, ktorý ochotne zabezpečil expresné doručenie ešte pred sviatkami až z Holandska, cez zákaznícky servis, ktorý ma priebežne informoval o aktuálnom stave objednávky, až po kolegu z výdajného miesta, ktorý mi vyšiel v ústrety a priniesol zásielku až von na ulicu, aby som nemusela zložito hľadať parkovanie s malou dcérkou. Takýto prístup sa dnes naozaj často nevidí. Práve ľudskosť, ochota a prozákaznícky servis považujem za ich najväčšiu konkurenčnú výhodu. Určite odporúčam a rada tu nakúpim znovu.

Fast transaction, the only issue is with Chronopost delivery drivers who destroy the box. The packaging was completely destroyed but not the products. Stop working with Chronopost.

DELAYED DELIVERY - the expected delivery date for the maps by MRW was 2 to 5 December 2025, but they were only delivered on 11 December 2025, which made it impossible for me to give the Christmas gift in time. I recommend another carrier, as the reviews I have read indicate that delivery delays are frequent.
ATRASO NA ENTREGA - a data prevista de entrega dos mapas pela MRW era de 2 a 5/12/2025 e só entregaram no dia 11/12/2025, o que me impossibilitou de dar a prenda de Natal em tempo útil. Recomendo outra transportadora uma vez que, pelas reviews que li, os atrasos nas entregas são frequentes.
