Clear site with all the info a buyer needs. I had some questions about adjustments ed... i asked them via chat, which didn't run as smoothly as it should, and it took a long time to get an answer. In the end I got all the answers via e-mail and some tips. All in all, excellent service. Everything was well packaged and arrived without damage. Fast delivery.
Duidelijke site met alle info die een koper maar nodig heeft. Ik had enkele vragen over aanpassingen ed... dat heb ik via de chat gedaan en dat liep iets minder soepel, duurde lang voordat er antwoord kwam. Uiteindelijk via de mail wel alle antwoorden gekregen en een aantal tips. Al met al prima geholpen. Alles is prima verpakt en kwam zonder beschadigen aan. Snelle levering.

Beware of GLS for home deliveries (several bad experiences) but, in this case, I chose the relay point and everything went well.

Ordering on the website went very well.
The only point for improvement would be to have a more detailed visual of the colours.
You can't enlarge or load the image showing the different colours, so it's hard to get a clear idea.
La commande sur le site s'est très bien passée.
Le seul point d'amélioration serait d'avoir une visuel des couleurs plus détaillé.
On ne peut pas grossir ou charger l'image qui donne les différents coloris et donc on a du mal à se rendre compte.

The 68 Travel website is good and well organised. I had no contact with customer service although I had a minor problem with a wooden part. The delivery was fast and was also safe and well packaged.
Die Website von 68 Travel ist gut und strukturiert. Mit dem Kundendienst hatte ich keinen Kontakt obwohl ich ein kleineres Problem mit einem Holzteil hatte. Die Lieferung ging schnell und war auch sicher und gut verpackt.
