Cardboard box - standard packaging
Wooden gift box - decorated with natural plywood featuring a beautiful wood grain and natural wood finish. It adds real aesthetic value to the gift and gives it the luxurious look of solid wood.
Material
Each puzzle piece is precisely cut to fit perfectly with the others. The puzzle is made from eco-friendly HDF material (high-density fiberboard - recycled compressed wood fiber).
Advantages of HDF compared with classic plywood:
An eco-friendly material that can be recycled repeatedly.
Before UV printing, the surface is coated with a special white paint, ensuring high-resolution puzzle printing, unlike the uneven surface of plywood.
Rich, vibrant colors, printed evenly across the entire puzzle surface. The unvarnished natural wood surface of plywood absorbs colors with varying intensity, resulting in more pronounced and lighter areas than on HDF boards.
Shape stability + HDF board strength - Plywood puzzles are more prone to thin protrusions breaking off and losing their shape in humid environments, which can make them impossible to assemble after just a few uses.
