Urania Propitia is a tribute to the pioneers of astronomy. The name comes from Marie Cunitz's work of the same name from 1650 - thanks to her scientific achievements, the title also became her epithet: “the closest muse of astronomy.”

In the style of old compendiums, a folding solar gnomon (sundial) is mounted on a compass inside a case with a Renaissance character. Two classic instruments for orientation and timekeeping in one compact object - suitable as a decoration, collector's item, or gift for lovers of history, astronomy, and old scientific instruments.
