How to prepare REAL Meal
Preparing dehydrated food REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat is exceptionally easy and quick. You only need hot water and a few minutes of time:

💧 Pour hot water directly up to the line marked on the outside of the package (look for the Water level indicator).

🥄 Stir well to ensure the water reaches the bottom, and securely seal the package with the zip.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes until the food absorbs the water and its full flavor unfolds.

🥣 Tear off the lower line (second notch on the package). This makes the package shorter and forms a practical, deep dish that can be easily eaten with a regular spoon.
