How to prepare REAL Meal
Preparing REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat dehydrated food is extremely simple and quick. You just need hot water and a few minutes of time:

✂️ Tear off the top of the pouch (black edge above the zip closure).

💧 Pour hot water directly to the marking on the outside of the package (look for Water level indicator).

🥄 Stir well to ensure the water reaches the very bottom, and securely seal the pouch with the zip.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes for the food to absorb the water and develop its full flavor.

🥣 Tear off the lower marking (second notch on the package). This shortens the pouch and creates a practical, deep dish, from which the meal can be comfortably eaten even with a regular spoon.
