How to prepare a REAL Meal
Preparing dehydrated food REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat is extremely simple and quick. All you need is hot water and a few minutes of time:

✂️ Tear off the top of the bag (black edge above the zip closure).

💧 Pour hot water directly to the mark indicated on the outside of the package (look for the Water level indicator).

🥄 Stir well so that the water reaches the very bottom, and securely close the bag with the zipper.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes for the food to absorb the water and its full flavor to develop.

🥣 Tear off the bottom mark (second notch on the package). This shortens the bag and creates a practical, deep dish from which the food is easily eaten with an ordinary spoon.
