How to Prepare REAL Meal
Preparation of dehydrated meals REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat is extremely simple and quick. All you need is hot water and a few minutes of time:

✂️ Tear off the top of the bag (black edge above the zip-lock).

💧 Pour hot water directly up to the mark indicated on the outer side of the package (look for the Water level indicator).

🥄 Mix well so the water reaches the very bottom, and firmly close the bag using the zip-lock.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes, until the meal absorbs the water and its full flavor develops.

🥣 Tear off the lower mark (the second notch on the package). This shortens the bag and creates a practical, deep bowl from which the meal can be conveniently eaten with an ordinary spoon.
