How to Prepare a REAL Meal
Preparing dehydrated food REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat is extremely easy and fast. All you need is hot water and a few minutes:

✂️ Tear off the top part of the pouch (black edge above the zip-lock).

💧 Pour hot water directly to the line marked on the outside of the package (look for the Water level indicator).

🥄 Stir well to ensure the water reaches all the way to the bottom and securely close the pouch using the zip.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes for the food to absorb the water and develop its full flavor.

🥣 Tear off the bottom line (second notch on the package). This shortens the pouch and creates a practical, deep bowl, from which the food can be conveniently eaten with a regular spoon.
