How to Prepare REAL Meal
Preparing dehydrated food REAL Field Meal / REAL Turmat is extremely simple and quick. You only need hot water and a few minutes:

✂️ Tear off the top part of the pouch (black edge above the zip closure).

💧 Pour hot water directly up to the line marked on the outside of the package (look for the indicator Water level).

🥄 Stir well, so the water reaches the bottom, and close the pouch tightly using the zipper.

⏳ Wait 8–10 minutes, until the food absorbs the water and its full flavor develops.

🥣 Tear off the bottom line (the second notch on the package). This shortens the pouch and creates a practical, deep bowl from which the food can be easily eaten with an ordinary spoon.
