How to Choose and Fit Your Pack

Step 1: Measure Your Back Length

Use a tape measure to find the distance from your C7 vertebra (the bony part at the base of your neck) to your iliac crest (the top of your hips). This helps ensure the best fit for comfort and stability.

Step 2: Adjust the Pack to Your Body
