The team at 68travel dealt very quickly when I realised I had purchased poles for the Elixir 1 tent instead of the one I needed - Elixir 2. The item arrived very quickly even though it was despatched from Bratislava to Scotland.

Perfect, it's exactly the same poles as the original ones for my MSR elixir 3 tent.

I was initially sent the wrong item (Elixir 1 pole set) but I'm still giving a 4 star rating due to the speed at which the error was resolved and the communication throughout. I appreciate that mistakes can be made on occasion. On the whole a decent service and a good product (when I eventually got it!).
