More room to sleep, still lightweight

The Helium GT range has a looser fit than the classic Helium models. It retains a tapered shape that keeps warmth close to your body, while offering more room inside at the shoulders and feet. You’ll appreciate this on multi-day treks when you spend many nights in a row in your sleeping bag, and when you sleep on your side or often turn over during the night.

The Regular size comfortably fits people up to 182 cm tall. The interior length is 192 cm, and the maximum interior width is 82 cm.

Warmth from quality down

Insulation comes from 449 g of duck down with a fill power of at least 700 cuin and a 90/10 down-to-feather ratio. The down meets the DOWN CODEX standard, so its origin can be traced.

The manufacturer lists a comfort temperature of 0 °C, a limit of -6 °C and its own Good Night's Sleep rating of -5 °C. In practice, this is a sleeping bag for spring, summer and cooler nights between seasons - it is not designed for winter bivouacs.

Angled baffles keep the down evenly distributed and prevent cold spots. The 5-chamber anatomical hood can be cinched snugly around your head, while the 4-chamber footbox provides targeted insulation for your feet, where heat escapes fastest.

Fabrics built to last

Both the HELIUM 20D outer fabric and the Supersoft 20D inner fabric are made from 100% recycled nylon with PFC/PFAS-free DWR water-repellent treatment. They are lightweight, breathable and soft to the touch.

The full-length Gemini insulated zip baffle reduces heat loss around the zipper and is reinforced to prevent the zipper from catching on the fabric. The 140 cm two-way YKK zipper lets you ventilate from the foot end on warmer nights. The Lode Lock magnetic closure and inner collar are easy to operate even in the dark.

Packs down small

When packed, the sleeping bag measures 24 × 21 × 20 cm and weighs 890 g, so it takes up little space in your backpack. It comes with a waterproof compression sack with a roll-top closure and a roomy storage sack to help the down retain its loft at home.
