Product Description
A backpack for the mountains
The Ferrino Ultimate 35+5 is a mountaineering backpack for alpine climbing, ski touring, and hikes where changeable weather is expected. Its 35-liter capacity fits the gear you need for a day in the mountains. When you need to pack more, the capacity can be expanded by another 5 liters.
HDry waterproofing
The body is made of 305 P-Ripstop HP Cordura® fabric with a laminated HDry® membrane. The membrane is welded inside the backpack, sealing the seams as well. The water column rating is 10,000 mm, including seams. The main compartment closes with a roll-top and a waterproof YKK® zipper.
HBS back system
The Hollow Back System combines a perforated panel, padding with ventilation channels, and fine mesh. A polyethylene panel with a removable aluminum stay distributes the weight. The shoulder straps and hip belt are padded and breathable. The chest strap has an emergency whistle.
Lightening the backpack
The lid and hip belt can be detached, and the back support can be removed. Even without the lid, the main compartment stays closed with the roll-top, so the backpack remains waterproof.
Gear attachment
The backpack has two ice axe attachments, attachments for skis, a rope, and snowshoes, side and front compression straps, and additional gear loops. There is a pocket in the lid, a pocket on the right side of the hip belt, and a carabiner loop on the left. The backpack is compatible with the H2 Bag hydration system.
