Product Description
The Ferrino Skyline 3 is a double-wall tent for three people. It is suited to hiking and trekking when you need a tent for changeable weather and mountain use.
Suitable uses
The Skyline 3 is a three-season model for spring, summer, and autumn. Its half-dome design provides headroom, while the vestibule keeps gear outside the sleeping area. Packed dimensions are 48 × 18 cm, and the manufacturer-stated weight is 4,3 to 4,8 kg.
Construction and setup
The supporting structure consists of three shock-corded fiberglass poles. The vestibule pole has a contrasting color for easier identification during setup. The inner tent hangs from the poles using hooks. Steel pegs and storm guy lines keep the tent taut.
Rain protection and ventilation
Taped seams on the flysheet and floor, together with three-layer reinforcement at the floor corners, protect high-stress areas. Adjust the height of the flysheet above the ground using the strap to change airflow depending on the weather. The doors with mosquito netting can be opened fully and stowed in a pocket. Ventilation sleeves and a raised ground skirt provide ventilation when the skirt is rolled up, or coverage in worse weather when it is lowered.
