Product Description
Freeze-dried chicken fried rice provides carbohydrates and protein after a day on the trail. The meal is cooked and then freeze-dried, so all you carry in your backpack is a lightweight dry pouch. Choose the smaller pack for one serving or the larger pack when you need more energy.
Preparation
Tear off the top of the pouch.
Remove the moisture absorber.
Add water at 90–100 °C and stir: 105 g = 260 ml, line E; 202 g = 580 ml, line A.
Seal the pouch and leave to rehydrate.
After 8 minutes, stir and season to taste.
Store in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Ingredients, 105 g (fresh ingredients per 100 g of dehydrated serving, according to the supplier): 52 g chicken, onion, 39 g rice, 10 g bell pepper (red, yellow, green), 10 g sweetcorn, 10 g green beans, rapeseed oil, omelette (eggs, corn flour, salt, concentrated lemon juice, pepper), garlic, teriyaki paste (soy sauce, gluten-free: water, molasses, salt, soybeans, wine vinegar; sugar, wine vinegar, ginger, salt, garlic), corn starch, salt, white pepper.
Ingredients, 202 g: long-grain rice (36%), chicken (12%), onion, red bell pepper, green beans, sweetcorn, rapeseed oil, egg omelette 4% (eggs), crushed garlic, teriyaki sauce (soy sauce: water, salt, genetically non-modified soybeans, roasted wheat, sugar; sugar, wine vinegar, ginger, salt, garlic, corn starch), salt, white pepper.
Allergens: eggs and soy. The 202 g pack also contains wheat (gluten).
