All our products come with a guaranteed 14-day return window from the time of the package receipt.
During the November and December season all orders also benefit from a return or exchange extension to 15th of January of the next year.
Refund are made in the form of the original payment method.
The best way to start a return, get a replacement or get a problem with a faulty product resolved is to get in touch via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To keep everything going smoothly, you should tell us in your e-mail:

- Reason for return
- Photos of the problem
We can usually provide a local return address within Europe, just get in touch with us to get started. For most countries sending the return package back to us via Packeta.com is free of charge.
Upon request we can also provide a Pick-up and Return service from your address back to ourselves via a GLS Shipping Courier.
