We strive to keep you happy no matter what happens. We are humans too and we sometimes make mistakes. Or you may change your mind.
All our products come with a guaranteed 30-day return or exchange window (90 days for wooden maps and decorations) from the time of the package receipt.
During the November and December season all orders also benefit from a return or exchange extension until the end of January of the next year.
Refund are made in the form of the original payment method.
Please note that personalised products (with custom engraving, custom colours, custom sizes, etc.) are not returnable.
The best way to start a return, get a replacement or get a problem with a faulty product resolved is to get in touch via e-mail at email@example.com.
To keep everything going smoothly, you should tell us in your e-mail:
- Your order ID
- Reason for return
- Detailed photos of the problem
- Photos of the packaging if there is damage
We can usually provide a local return address within Europe, just get in touch with us to get started. For most countries sending the return package back to us via Packeta.com is free of charge.
Upon request we can also provide a premium paid Pick-up and Return service from your address back to ourselves via a GLS Shipping Courier.
Wooden maps and decorations (and other large packages)
The premium return takes approximately 2-6 days. We use GLS or DHL. We will order a courier to your address who will bring a shipping label, take the package from you and return it to us – all at a prearranged date. We charge a fee for this service depending on the country. However, this service is completely worry-free for you. You do not have to take the box anywhere yourself.
Or you can use the standard return. You can send the map directly back to us in Slovakia or to Packeta‘s address in your home country (please, contact us for the exact address format) and from there we Packeta deliveres the package to 68travel. Returning the purchased product this way takes up to two weeks (depending on the country).
In either case, please pack the product carefully in the original box (using the cardboard templates) to avoid any damage during transit. Also remove any old shipping labels from the cardboard box. We will carefully inspect the map upon receiving it. When everything is in order, we will refund you or proceed with the exchange.
