J'ai récemment passé commande sur le site 68Travel pour un globe terrestre Nova. Malheureusement, le colis a été endommagé dans un incendie survenu dans les locaux de la poste. Cependant, l'équipe de 68Travel a fait preuve d'une réactivité et d'une compréhension exemplaires.
En un rien de temps, ils m'ont renvoyé un nouveau colis et ont même ajouté un jeu de mémory en cadeau pour compenser les désagréments. Ce geste attentionné témoigne de leur engagement envers la satisfaction de leurs clients.
Le globe terrestre est magnifique, exactement comme je l'avais imaginé.

Very responsive after-sales service: an LED connector was damaged and the part was returned very quickly.
The only downside is that the carrier we chose has a delivery process that needs to be reviewed (drop-off in the rain, parcels sent out into the garden even though we were there both times).
SAV très réactif : un connecteur LED était endommagé et la pièce a été renvoyée très rapidement.
Seul bémol, le transporteur chosi qui a un process de livraison à revoir (dépôt sous la pluie, envoi de colis dans le jardin alors que nous étions les deux fois présents).

Everything went absolutely perfectly! I ordered a 4.5in MOVA Venus globe on 20/04/2024 and received it by GLS on 24/04/2024! The small globe was securely packed in its original packaging in firm foam and also in a matching cardboard box. The parcel could be tracked at any time, ... great! The customer service is also very commendable, as my email enquiries were answered very quickly, ... thanks again to Miro and best regards!
Based on this very positive experience, this was definitely not my last order, so I would be very happy to order again at any time!
Alles absolut perfekt gelaufen! Habe am 20.04.2024 einen 4,5in MOVA Venus Globus bestellt und bereits am 24.04.2024 per GLS erhalten! Der kleine Globus war in seiner Originalverpackung in festem Schaumstoff sicher verpackt und zudem noch in einem passenden Karton. Das Paket war jederzeit nachverfolgbar, ... toll! Der Kundendienst ist ebenfalls sehr lobenswert, denn meine Mail-Anfragen wurden überaus schnell beantwortet, ... hier dazu nochmal herzlichen Dank an Miro und beste Grüße!
Auf Grund dieser sehr positiven Erfahrung, war das bestimmt nicht meine letzte Bestellung, also jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

The dispatch was quick and the product was as described. Unfortunately, it did not fit. The return was not very supportive, accommodating or convenient. From "easy Return" or " We strive to keep you happy no matter what happens. We are humans too and we sometimes make mistakes. Or you may change your mind." not a trace.
Die Versendung ging schnell und das Produkt war wie beschrieben. Leider passte es nicht. Die Retoure empfand ich zunächst wenig unterstützend und komfortabel. Dies lag wohl auch an der Kommunikation auf Englisch. Mein Anliegen wurde jedoch ernst genommen und ich hatte den Eindruck, den Betreibern ist die Kundenzufriedenheit wirklich wichtig. Mit meiner Kritik wurde konstruktiv umgegangen und als Möglichkeit der Optimierung gesehen. Wenn es mal Probleme gibt, zeigt sich oftmals die wahre Mentalität eines Unternehmens. Dies hätte eigentlich 5 Sterne verdient. Vier gibt es, weil zu Problemen , wie auch zu Lösungen, die sich ergeben, immer zwei Parteien ihren Anteil haben.

Delivery was on time, but packaging was slightly damaged and even partially open, but no impact inside.
Main issue is the corner templates for aligning the map on the wall was missing and it led to quite some trouble to position and align the map on the wall, because I had to make my own template.

Card ordered in L version + ocean names
Received with names of oceans that are very fragile and break with fear (especially the letters N,L,E). Complained to customer service who took advantage of another order of small islands where I paid postage to send me back the oceans which were smaller than those on my wall. As a result, the first ones delivered were not the right size and I'm lucky they sent me others that I can't put up instead because they're smaller than the ones on the wall....

Réclamation auprès du service client qui profitent d une autre commande de petites îles ou je paye les frais d envoi pour me renvoyer les océans qui sont plus petits que ceux mis sur mon mur. Résultat les premiers livrés n'étaient pas à la bonne taille et je dois m'estimer heureux qu on m en ai renvoyé d'autres que je ne peux poser à la place car plus petits que les traces sur le mur....
